About Me
I was born to Haitian parents on the beautiful island of Nassau, Bahamas, but grew up in a shantytown in Abaco, Bahamas. The odds of succeeding were against me as I was a poor Haitian girl who started school at ten, with zero knowledge of the English language.
The prospects of surviving poverty and discrimination were bleak, but I knew God was leading me at a very young age. My teachers, mentor, and determination to succeed pushed me to excel academically.
Later in my educational journey, my British teacher saw my love for books and inspired me to become an English teacher. However, that seed was planted years before, when I used to read the pictures in the books (since I couldn’t read the words) and created imaginative stories of dukes and duchesses in a world where I was necessary; I was somebody, and I had value.
Because, in reality, I did not believe that I did. I was very dark-skinned with no hair and a long neck, and I did not believe I was beautiful because no one had told me I was.
Although my earnest search for beauty, love, and acceptance began at a tender age, thankfully, despite many twists, turns, and shortcomings, God opened my eyes to true beauty when He guided me to His unfailing love.
The Birth of Her God-Given Purpose
Then God gave me “Her God-Given Purpose.” Before this, I was at a point where what I was doing (wife, mom, teacher) was not enough. I had an aching desire to learn of my identity in Christ, how to live a faith-filled life, and discover, embrace, and fulfill God’s purpose for my life at this season of my life. I spent a year praying, studying God’s Word, investing in mindset coaches, and asking God to reveal His purpose. The more time I spent searching, the more God revealed to me. I’ve learned that when I understand my greatness in God’s eyes, I can access His power to accomplish what He has planned for me (Jeremiah 29:11).
Her God-Given Purpose Ministry
I created Her God-Given Purpose because I believe God uniquely created women with a specific purpose. However, we often face challenges and circumstances that make it difficult to discern and follow God's will for our lives. This is where the promises of God can serve as a powerful source of encouragement and strength. When we meditate on Scripture and reflect on the many ways that God has been faithful to His people throughout history, we are reminded that He is always with us and has a plan for our lives. By meditating on His promises, we can be empowered to take bold steps of faith in pursuit of His purpose for our lives. Ultimately, I want to equip you with the tools you need to thrive in every area of your life - spiritually, physically, emotionally, and financially. When you are operating in your God-given purpose, you can create lasting changes in your families, communities, and the world.

My journey into coaching Christian women was born from a deeply personal exploration. Over two transformative years, I embarked on a quest to discover my own God-given purpose. Through this period of introspection and growth, I came to realize the profound impact that such clarity brought to my life. I saw firsthand the challenges many Christian women grapple with in identifying and embracing their divine calling. Inspired by my experiences and fueled by a desire to uplift others, I felt a calling to guide them. I'm now devoted to coaching women to ignite their passion and confidence. My mission is to help them not only discover but thrive in their purpose, just as I have in mine.
